Utilize your skills as you aid our inclusive summer day camp in Westfield, MA! BHN is seeking a passionate and experienced seasonal Nurse to join our Kamp for Kids this summer!

What You’ll Do
• Provides Medication Administration to campers.
• Provides general first-aid to campers.
• Provides services for campers with existing medical conditions.
• Reviews required Department of Public Health documents.
• Documents interactions with campers and families.
• Must be on the site 8:45am to 2:15pm Mondays-Fridays throughout the entirety of the camp season, which runs approximately July 6 to August 14 this year.
Who You Are
• Minimum of a Massachusetts Licensed Practicing Nurse (LPN) License required.
• Knowledge of child and adolescent development and how to provide services in a child-centered context.
• Has a broad knowledge of mental illness and/or intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, medical conditions, and/or treatment techniques.
• Able to adapt to a variety of settings and provide activities to the individual accordingly.
• Is familiar with and provides services within parameters of DPH regulations.
