Location: Kent Campus Hospital Status: Full Time 80 Hours Shift: Evening/ Night SALARY RANGE: 87,089.60 - 134,992.00YEARLY General Summary: The ED Supervising Nurse is a member of the nursing leadership team who assists the Senior Nurse Manager with the daily (24/7) operations of the nursing unit/department. The Clinical Team Leader skillfully performs all ED nursing roles including, but not limited to, triage, charge, and resuscitation room assignments. Responsibilities: 1. Performs direct supervision of all nursing team members ensuring leadership presence and visibility on unit(s). a. Staff and patient rounding/service recoveryb. Problem solvingc. Required Education, Credential(s) and Experience: Education: Bachelor Degree Nursing Credential(s): Registered Nurse; Basic Life Support; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support; Pediatric Advanced Life Support; NIH Stroke Scale Certification; Trauma Nursing Core Course Certification Or Trauma Certified Registered Nurse (TCRN) Or Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses (ATCN).
