Under the department Nurse Manager, the Clinical Coordinator provides an optimal environment for the care of patients. Expertly uses the nursing process to oversee care for patients on the Cardiac Telemetry unit and participates in patient care as needed. Plans, organizes, controls and coordinates the department activities ensuring high quality patient care and efficient, cost effective service.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree - Nursing.
• California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• 2 years - Recent clinical experience in an acute care setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's Degree - Nursing.
• 2 years - Charge nurse experience.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
