This role oversees night shift care delivery in a 68-bed skilled nursing facility, guiding registered nurses to ensure resident safety and positive outcomes. The work supports elderly residents and their families by coordinating overnight medical interventions and staff mentorship. Supervisors conduct shift handovers, review patient charts, and implement evidence-based protocols to prevent complications.Guthrie operates as a non-profit, physician-led healthcare organization spanning 22 communities in New York and Pennsylvania. Consequently, it provides primary and specialty care through a regional network of offices and hospitals.Leadership involves monitoring patient vital signs using electronic health records and managing staff assignments during nighttime hours.
