
Surgical Progressive Care Nurse - Wound Care in Fort Myers, FL
Job Description
Lee Health is seeking a dedicated Surgical Progressive Care Nurse to join our team in Fort Myers, FL. • Deliver exceptional patient care using critical thinking and clinical expertise
• Conduct patient assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with nursing standards and Florida's Nurse Practice Act
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective, compassionate care that meets each patient's unique needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with complex wound care needs
• *Qualifications:**
• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associates or Bachelors preferred)
• Experience: 1 year of recent experience in a medical/surgical role
• Certifications: Current Florida RN License, BLS Certification (AHA), valid for at least 90 days post-hire; Additional certifications may be required by unit
• Current Florida RN License
• Preferred but not required certifications are WCC, CWS, or CWCN
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and computer skills
