Job Responsibilities:

As a Surgical Registered Nurse, you will work under provider direction to deliver skilled nursing care across various clinical settings. Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing office-based nursing care in collaboration with healthcare providers.
• Assessing patients' physical and psychosocial needs, and developing personalized nursing plans.
• Performing independent nursing actions based on thorough assessment and problem identification.
• Triage telephone calls and effectively initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Offering empathetic support to patients and their families while ensuring confidentiality and privacy.

Qualifications:

Applicants must hold a valid Connecticut RN License. Previous experience in a Medical/Surgical Office setting is preferred, along with familiarity with medical software.
