Key Qualifications and Desired Experience: • Active RN license with Operating Room (OR) experience. • Proficiency in scrubbing for surgeries, particularly utilizing Da Vinci XI robotic surgical systems. • Ability to perform both circulator and scrub roles. • Experience with ophthalmic procedures, including posterior eye surgery and eye trauma management. • Flexibility to float between operating rooms based on staffing needs and case flow. Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care in a 7-room inpatient/outpatient surgical unit, with the potential to assist in a larger, 26-room main OR that includes a Level One trauma center. • Assist surgeons by preparing the sterile field and scrubbing into surgical procedures. • Maintain adherence to infection control and safety protocols. • Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure smooth operation room workflow. • Adapt to changing schedules and patient needs, supporting the team across different OR units when required.
