A Registered Nurse with Operating Room expertise is sought for a contract opportunity near Salyersville, KY. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide perioperative nursing care in the Operating Room.
• Participate in cases including general surgery, endarterectomy with stents and patches, aneurysm repair, vessel cleaning and clot stripping.
• Assist in orthopedic surgeries such as total joint replacements, ORIF, and arthroscopy.
• Support procedures in laparoscopic surgery, endoscopy, and gynecology.
• Provide relief to ENT technicians during procedures such as tubes, tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, thyroid surgeries, and nasal fracture repairs.
• Offer post-anesthesia care during call-back situations.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and patient care standards.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
• Current RN licensure.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in the Operating Room.
• Experience with diverse surgical cases including vascular, orthopedic, general surgery, and ENT.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Previous travel nursing experience is preferred.
• Must reside within 100 miles of the facility.
• Ability to fulfill call requirements (1 shift/week, 1 weekend/month).
