Telemetry Nurse (TELE RN) Denver, CO Facility Type: Short Tern Acute Care Hospital Job Details Telemetry RN’s monitor patients’ vital signs by reading and analyzing an electrocardiogram, or another life sign-measuring device. Tele RN’s are required for post-ICU care. Tele RN’s monitor critically ill patients: most are cardiac cases. Tele RN’s typically work in a hospital setting. Tele RN’s care for patients who are out of the ICU, but need their vital signs monitored closely (after surgery, for example).
