The RN will ensure the competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care. The Telemetry RN will work with a patient ratio that meets quality care standards. This position involves working in a cardiac stepdown unit and neuro telemetry environment. The RN must be familiar with post-op care and associated patient care protocols.
