A registered nurse with telemetry experience is needed for a contract position in Concord, NH. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality care on a med-surg telemetry unit, supporting patients with moderate acuity including vascular and bariatric populations. Responsibilities • Monitor and care for patients on a 47-bed med-surg telemetry unit, maintaining patient ratios of approximately 1:4-5 on day shifts and 1:5 on nights • Utilize equipment such as Alaris infusion pumps, bladder scanners, chest tube drainage systems, Dinamap monitors, and vein finders effectively • Document patient care and assessments using the Sunrise electronic medical record system • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members including charge nurses, LNAs, and monitor technicians for optimal patient outcomes • Manage patient care in accordance with unit policies, including floating between med-surg telemetry areas as needed • Participate in weekend rotations every other weekend Qualifications Or Desired Experience • Active RN license with telemetry unit experience required • ACLS certification is mandatory • Familiarity with bariatric patient care is preferred • Strong work ethic and ability to function in a fast-paced environment Location:This opportunity is located in Concord, NH, a vibrant capital city known for its friendly community and access to arts, outdoor activities, and historic sites.
