Job Description
As a Telemetry RN, you will play a vital role in patient care by working closely with our healthcare team. Your expertise in monitoring and managing telemetry equipment will ensure the safety and well-being of our patients. Key responsibilities include:
• Consulting with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Preparing, administering, and recording prescribed medications while promptly reporting any adverse reactions in line with our policies.
• Preparing equipment and assisting physicians during patient examinations and treatments.
• Identifying irregular telemetry readings and communicating them to the appropriate medical staff.
• Monitoring specialized equipment used on patients and accurately interpreting electronic displays.
