As a Registered Nurse, you will utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, intervention, documentation, and evaluation) to deliver exceptional direct and indirect patient care tailored to the unique needs of your assigned area. You will develop individualized education and care plans for each patient and their families, ensuring to be sensitive to age-specific needs. Your responsibilities will include making informed judgments regarding patient and family needs, guiding ancillary staff effectively, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction among patients, families, and physicians. You will uphold patient confidentiality and provide compassionate care to every individual.
