Deliver skilled nursing care on the night shift within a short-term acute care setting. This role involves supporting medical-surgical and telemetry units, including behavioral health aspects, and requires flexibility to float between designated hospital locations within the Goldsboro, NC area. Key Responsibilities: • Provide patient care on MS, Telemetry, and Behavioral Health units, adhering to professional nursing standards. • Manage patient assignments with ratios typically between 1:5 to 1:6. • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery. • Float between Betsy Johnson and Central Harnett hospitals as needed. • Maintain patient documentation using Epic electronic charting. • Work night shifts of 3x12 hours (7:00 PM 7:00 AM), covering weekends every other week. • Adhere to facility protocols, including using designated uniform colors (royal blue and white). Qualifications: • Valid RN license with minimum 2 years experience in medical-surgical and telemetry nursing; first-time travelers are welcome. • BLS certification required. • Comfortable floating between similar hospital units. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work within hospitals assignment policies. • Availability for interview upon application.
