A healthcare role is available for a Registered Nurse with Telemetry expertise, offering an opportunity to provide specialized care to patients in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) and telemetry setting. Key Responsibilities • Deliver patient care utilizing the Nursing Process with adherence to hospital policies and state regulations. • Provide clinical leadership and delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience. • Supervise assigned personnel and maintain accountability for shift outcomes. • Maintain and update clinical competencies through ongoing education. • Anticipate and plan for safe delivery of care supporting critically ill patients with multi-complexities. Desired Qualifications And Experience • Two to five years of Registered Nurse experience, specifically in telemetry or LTAC settings. • Active RN license in Colorado or a multi-state compact license. • Current ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association. • Experience with ventilator and tracheostomy care, central line management, and preferred wound care knowledge. • Comfortable managing patient ratios of approximately 1:6.
