Job Description

Join our team as a Telemetry Registered Nurse! As a Tele RN, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, ensuring the highest standards of health and safety. Responsibilities include: • Administering and documenting prescribed medications while monitoring for any adverse reactions, in line with established policies. • Preparing equipment and assisting physicians during patient examinations and treatment procedures. • Identifying and addressing irregular telemetry readings by notifying the appropriate medical team members promptly. • Monitoring specialized patient equipment and interpreting electronic displays effectively. Shift: 3x12 Nights
