Job Description
As a Telemetry Registered Nurse (Tele RN), you will play a crucial role in patient care by collaborating with our health care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans. Your expertise in monitoring patients will ensure high-quality care and timely responses to their needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Preparing, administering, and recording prescribed medications while promptly reporting any adverse reactions in accordance with our policies.
• Preparing equipment and assisting physicians during patient examinations and treatments.
• Identifying irregular telemetry readings and promptly notifying the appropriate medical team members.
• Monitoring specialized equipment used on patients and accurately interpreting electronic displays.
