Job Description

Join Our Team as a Telemetry Registered Nurse! As a Telemetry RN, you will play a crucial role in the health care team by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans. You will use advanced equipment to monitor patients' vital signs including heart rate, blood pressure, breathing rate, blood oxygen levels, and electrocardiogram information. Your responsibilities will include: • Administering and recording prescribed medications, while ensuring to report any adverse reactions in accordance with established policies. • Preparing equipment and assisting physicians during patient examinations and treatments. • Identifying irregular telemetry readings and promptly notifying the appropriate medical team members. • Monitoring specialized equipment and interpreting electronic display information for accurate patient assessments. Shift: 3x12 Nights
