A registered nurse with tele nursing expertise is needed for a full-time night shift position at a healthcare facility located on Holloman Air Force Base, NM. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver patient care following the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation. • Manage complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social patient needs. • Administer medications and treatments as per protocol and monitor patient responses. • Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and nursing care accurately. • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on health conditions and care plans. • Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team and delegate tasks appropriately. • Meet organizational competency expectations and participate in ongoing skill validations. Qualifications and Desired Experience: • Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred. • Minimum of one year nursing experience in a related specialty preferred. • Current RN license for New Mexico or a compact license. • Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications. • Completion of organizational entry and MedSurg competency validations. • Participation in residency or orientation programs for newly licensed RNs is encouraged. Schedule: • Night shift, 7 PM to 7 AM. • Weekend requirement: 6 shifts per 6-week period. • Call requirement: 2 call shifts per 6-week period. • Float requirement across Medical/Surgical, Behavioral Health, Joint, and Emergency Departments as needed.
