Registered Nurse (RN) | Telemetry Location: South Bend, IN Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,326 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/2/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Telemetry RN in South Bend, Indiana, 46601! • Monitor and interpret telemetry rhythms. • Manage cardiac drips and heparin protocols. • Perform phlebotomy, IV starts, and medication administration. • Care for oncology patients, including central/PICC line management. • Respond to emergencies and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. • Float to intermediate-care or lower-acuity units as needed.Adhere to hospital policies, safety procedures, and infection control standards.
