Assignment Location: 71 Hospital Ave, North Adams, MA 01247. TRAVELER MUST BE WILLING TO FLOAT TO BMC DIALYSIS CENTER AT 8 CONTI DRIVE, PITTSFIELD, MA (25 miles apart, mileage will not be considered for this float requirement)

8hrs non-billable orientation

Requirement description :
• 3 years current experience
• MUST BE WILLING TO FLOAT TO 8 CONTI DRIVE AS NEEDED (25 miles apart, no mileage approved for this float)
• Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need with a clean driving record
• Perm address must be included in profile for this need
• Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer
