• Start Date should be on or very quickly after the Order Start Date listed.
• All RTO should be listed on the cover page must be less than 7 days.
• RTO will not be approved in the first week of assignment or holidays.
• All facilities the traveler is open to working in should be listed on the submission.

• All shifts the traveler is open to working on should be listed on the submission.
• All departments the traveler is open to working must be checked on the cover page.
• All candidates submitted should be preclosed and ready to accept.

Requirement description :
• 24 months minimum of current ICU experience - REQUIRED
• Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross active upon submission and INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIRED
• No License Hits - REQUIRED
• Banner will not approve RTO within the first week or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days.
• Flu vaccination - Banner declinations can be applied for (reach out for forms)
• Please add vaccination status in the submission notes
• PLEASE NOTE BANNER HAS VERY SPECIFIC BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS THAT MUST BE ADHERED AND ATTESTED TO. PLEASE LOOK AT THE COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS IMMEDIATELY
