Temp Registered Nurse (RN) Operating Room (OR) (Days) Lancaster NH in Cliff, NE

OR RN - 5x8hr shifts. Call : 2-3 days / week every 3rd weekend

NO LOCALS - perm address must be 50 miles from facility. Please include perm address in submission

RTO must be included in submission - please limit to no more than 5 days

Requirement description :
• 2 years CURRENT hospital experience - REQUIRED
• OR circulate experience with ortho (including total hip total knee) general surgery gyn podiatry urology ENT ENDO - Required - Please include correct checklist.
• Arterial line Central Line IV start skills - Required
• Vent & BiPAP experience - Required
• Current PALS Certification - Required
• BSN - Preferred
• Previous travel experience - Preferred

Profile Requirements :
• Work History
• Skills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to specialty
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference from the past two years of employment
• Licenses certs in hand (and current)

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
• ACLS (AHA)
• PALS (AHA)
• BLS (AHA)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
• New Hampshire

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :

Weekend Requirements : call every 3rd weekend

On Call Requirements : 2-3 days / week
