Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (flexibility required)

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Nurse Manager to provide leadership and oversight for a busy ambulatory clinic environment supporting two floors and three multi-specialty clinic spaces. This role is responsible for 24/7 operational oversight (phone accessibility required), but no weekends, holidays, or in-person call are required.

This position ensures high-quality patient care, strong clinic performance, and seamless day-to-day operations while collaborating closely with providers, staff, and administrative leadership.

Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Nurse ManagerKey Responsibilities
• Provide both clinical and operational management across multiple ambulatory specialty areas.
• Oversee staffing, daily workflows, patient flow, room utilization, and supply management.
• Lead onboarding, training, EMR competency, and workflow adherence for clinical staff.
• Maintain oversight of quality, patient safety, and regulatory readiness (Joint Commission, DOH, OSHA, HIPAA, PCMH).
• Conduct huddles, staff meetings, and multidisciplinary case reviews; track action items.
• Monitor and improve performance metrics: patient volume, wait times, no-shows, productivity, etc.
• Support patient satisfaction and handle complaints with timely service recovery.
• Oversee budget considerations, expense tracking, vendor coordination, and inventory management.
• Ensure cross-coverage and operational continuity across all clinic sites.
• Travel between clinic locations as needed.

Required Experience & Qualifications
• BSN required (Master’s in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred)
• Active NY RN license
• Orthopedic clinic, wound care, primary care, podiatry, and multispecialty experience required
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience with 1+ year in leadership/management, preferably within outpatient or multi-specialty clinic settings
• Minimum of 2 years practice management experience, with at least 1 years in a multi-physician practice, preferably within outpatient or multi-specialty clinic settings.
• Strong command of regulatory standards & ambulatory best practices
• Proficiency with electronic health records and clinical technology
• Must be available for 24/7 phone oversight
• Must be willing to travel to any clinic location as needed
• BLS required

Pay: From $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
