Role Overview: The Registered Nurse delivers high-quality, patient-centered care according to departmental needs and established nursing practice standards. Collaborate with medical providers and colleagues to provide individualized, compassionate care using models such as Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage. Act as an advocate for patients and their families while upholding the organization’s mission to ensure exceptional patient experiences. • Administer procedures and maintain thorough documentation of care in the patient medical record. • Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and self-management strategies. • Promote health and lifestyle changes to support patient recovery. • Implement evidence-based practices to meet quality care standards. • Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver a holistic treatment plan that encourages recovery. Qualifications: • Must obtain Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment. • Must obtain Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment. • Registered Nurse (RN) license required. • Associate Degree in Nursing.
