• Seeking a Med Tech to work in the Blood Bank at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital.
Job Requirements
• NH License required.
• Must live greater than 50 miles from Dover, NH.
Schedule Information
• 5x8 shifts, 40 hours/week.

Additional Details
• Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification required within 30 days of start date and updated upon expiration.
• N95 fit test required within 365 days to start date and updated annually; no fit testing onsite except at specified locations.
• Documentation of MMR vaccination or proof of immunity required.
• Strongly preferred Hepatitis B vaccination or proof of immunity.
• Influenza vaccine required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30) with no exemptions.
• Documentation of TB skin test or blood test within 3 months of start date and updated if >6 month break.
• Physician statement within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break.
• MGB Criminal Background Check within 45 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break.
• MGB Resume including past 7 years of work experience required for submission.
• Respirator Medical Clearance Attestation required if fit test is required.
• 2 recent references required, minimum 1 supervisor or above in skillset.
• MGB Skills Checklist required for submission.
• MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required for all initial assignments and extensions.
• MGB Education Verification required.
• MGB SSN Trace required.
• MGB National Sex Offender Check required within 30 days of start and updated annually.
• MGB Exclusion Checks required within 30 days of start and updated annually.
• MGB New Hampshire State Checks required within 30 days prior to start date and updated if >30 day break.
• TB Screening Form to be completed prior to start and updated annually.
