Job Description
Join a dynamic Stepdown unit at a well-renowned healthcare facility. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to patients in a cardiac stepdown environment. You will be responsible for monitoring patient progress, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
Provide nursing care in accordance with established guidelines and protocols.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding to changes in status.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Coordinate with healthcare professionals to create and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients and families regarding health management and recovery.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
MUST HAVE 18 months of permanent experience in a Cardiac Stepdown setting prior to travel.
Recent travel experience may suffice.
Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand.
AHA BLS & ACLS, and NIH certification are required.
