Job Details
• Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR)
• Experience required: 2 years CVOR experience
• Must have EPIC experience
• May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed
Job Requirements
• Must have 2 years CVOR experience
• Prior travel experience required
Schedule Information
• Shift: 4x10 hour shifts with a set day off
• Call: based on department needs, currently 2-3 days per week day, rotating weekends and holidays
Unit Specific Information
• Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) unit
Additional Details
• Must be AHA certified for BLS and ACLS
• Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start
• Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start
• Completed prior to start and updated every 3 years: Ascension Color Vision
• HIPAA, Joint Commission -NPSG, OSHA Topics completed within a year of start, updated yearly
• Ascension EKG Exam required with passing score
• Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation required
• Ascension Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding required
• Epic test results and Training Checklist with signed attestation required
• Documentation of vaccinations including MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, Varicella, Tdap, and TB testing required
• Fit Test required annually
• Criminal background checks and verifications required
• Ascension Skills Checklist to be completed within one year of start and updated annually
• 12 panel drug screen required within 30 days prior to start
• Verification of education and employment required
• Ascension Confirmation of Assignment required
