Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule Day shift, 4 - 10 hour shifts, 07:30 - 18:00 with call requirements.
Job Description The Registered Nurse in the Cath Lab will perform tasks related to patient care, including circulating and documenting procedures. The nurse must be prepared to be on call every other weekend and 2 additional days during the week. Orientation includes an ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate, requiring acceptable scores.
Responsibilities
Provide nursing care in the Cath Lab setting, including circulating and documenting procedures.
Participate in on-call rotation, which may involve weekend and weekday shifts.
Complete ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments during orientation.
Work holidays as per staffing requirements.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Minimum of 18 months recent Cath Lab experience.
MUST HAVE PERM Ohio license or compact state license in hand.
AHA BLS & ACLS certification required.
MUST have experience with Epic.
