Travel Cath Lab Registered Nurse Day shift, 4x10 $3379/week in Anchorage, AK

We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment at a large, Magnet-designated, Level II Trauma facility in Anchorage, Alaska. This position supports a high-volume cardiac catheterization lab within an acute-care hospital environment. This is a day-shift role working four 10-hour shifts per week, with scheduled call responsibilities. The Cath Lab RN will support diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures and may float within the department to EP or IR as needed. Shift Details: • Schedule: Day shift, 4x10 hours • Typical hours: 07:00 – 17:00 • On-call: 1 weekday per week and every 4th or 5th weekend • Occasional Saturdays may be required as part of scheduled shifts Assignment Details: • Contract length: 13 weeks • Start date: 02/23/2026 • Guaranteed hours: 70 hours per 2 weeks • One call-off (10-hour shift) permitted per 2-week period Compensation (Travel Package Placeholder): • W2 Hourly Rate: $20/ hr • Weekly Tax-Free Stipend: $2499/week • Gross Weekly Pay: $3379/week for 40 hours The Cath Lab RN will participate in a wide range of procedures including diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations, PCI, stent placement, sheath removal, procedural sedation, and hemodynamic monitoring. The unit utilizes Epic for charting and supports adult and geriatric patient populations. This facility offers strong interdisciplinary support, including IV teams, respiratory therapy, pharmacy, radiology, and rapid response teams. Parking is free, scrubs are provided, and the hospital is nationally recognized as one of the top hospitals in Alaska. Requirements • Active Alaska (AK) Registered Nurse license in hand • Minimum of 2 years of recent Cath Lab RN experience • Active BLS and ACLS certifications • Experience with interventional and diagnostic cardiac catheterization procedures • Willingness to take on-call shifts, including weekends • Ability to float within the department to EP or IR Lab as needed • Experience working in an acute-care hospital environment • Ability to meet all travel compliance and credentialing deadlines Heartline Staffing is a Strategic Talent Partner with Purple Cow Recruiting.
