• Skills: Neuro Intensive Care Unit, Surgical Intensive Care Unit, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Post Cardiac Surgery (Not directly from the OR), Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring, IV insulin protocols, CVVHD/CRRT, Accessing/Managing Ports, Arterial line management, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, PICC line management, Starting and maintaining IVs, Continuous IV paralytics/Neuromuscular blockade, Continuous IV sedation, Emergency Medications, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Titrate Cardiac drips, Titrate Vasoactive drips, CVA/Acute Stroke management, ICP monitoring, Lumbar drains, Post Neurosurgery management, Spinal cord injury, Traumatic Brain injury, Assist with management of BiPAP, Assist with management of CPAP, Care of Ventilated Patient, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Suctioning (ETT, NT), Ventilator Management, Infection Prevention, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Phlebotomy, Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU), Medical Intensive Care Unit, Trauma Intensive Care Unit, Pulmonary embolism, Respiratory failure, Management of patient with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure
