Job Description & Requirements • Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit • Discipline: RN • Start Date: 01/26/2026 • Duration: 13 weeks • 36 hours per week • Shift: 12 hours, nights • Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. Opportunity: RN - ICU/CCU Job Details: • Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM • Maintain 1:2 patient ratio in a 26-bed cardiac care unit • Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH • Work with specialized equipment including balloon pumps, CRRT, and hypothermia devices • Use Meditech EMR system for documentation • Perform typical procedures including heart catherizations, balloon pump management, CRRT, hypothermia protocols, and cardioversion • Manage central lines and medication drips • Work alongside 13 RNs, 1 Charge Nurse, and 1 Patient Care Tech per shift • Must demonstrate driven, organized, and efficient work style • Positive attitude and engagement required • Located on 3rd floor of Building 7 Facility: This medical center operates a comprehensive 26-bed cardiac care unit providing specialized cardiovascular care with advanced technology and equipment. The facility maintains experienced nursing staff and offers state-of-the-art cardiac services including interventional procedures and critical care monitoring.
