Job Details
• Registered Nurse in Critical Care specialty.
• Position located in Des Moines, Iowa at MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center, part of Trinity Health system.
• Employment type is Long Term Assignment (LTA).
• Schedule is Every Other Week (EOW) / Every Other Weekend (EOH).
Job Requirements
• Must have a valid nursing license with verification dated within 30 days of start.
• Must complete specialty specific competency testing within a year.
• Must provide documentation of being fit to work from an exam within the last year.
• Must have completed Trinity Profile including resume, skills checklist within a year, and 2 professional references.
• Must complete various Trinity professional forms and background checks including Code of Conduct, I9, Confidentiality Agreement, Integrity and Audit Services Form, Non Employee Upload Form, Conflict of Interest Disclosure, Criminal Background Check, Education Verification, EPLS, GSA/OIG, Joint Commission Testing, NSO, System Access Form, Skills Checklist, Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training (Iowa only), IA Sing Report, and OFAC check.

• Every Other Week (EOW) / Every Other Weekend (EOH) schedule.
Additional Details
• Fit Test required prior to onboarding.
• Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen required within 30 days of start, preferred within 14 days, must be completed and resulted before start with MRO signature.
• COVID-19 vaccine proof required with booster by Sept 2025 or declination/exemption (declination not accepted for CA or IL).
• Proof of MMR, Hepatitis B vaccination series, Influenza vaccine or declination, 2 Step PPD or IGRA, Varicella vaccination or titer, and Tdap vaccine or declination (declination accepted if no pediatric interaction).
