Catalytic Solutions—where clinicians thrive, partners trust us, and healthcare staffing gets smarter. • *Join Our Team as a Passionate Dialysis RN!****Job Description:**- Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives as a Registered Nurse?- Embrace the opportunity to work with hemodialysis patients, leading them on their journey to health.- Collaborate with a dedicated team to provide exceptional nursing care in a fast-paced environment.- Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough assessments of hemodialysis patients; develop, implement, and evaluate personalized care plans. - Administer, monitor, and document therapeutic interventions and regimens accurately. - Manage rapidly changing patient stations, efficiently delegating care to other team members. - Assist healthcare providers with patient-related needs before, during, and after hemodialysis, ensuring timely and compassionate care. - Triaging and setting up additional care at various facilities for patients as needed. - Obtain lab specimens and perform lab competencies and quality controls regularly. - Educate patients and family members on disease processes, individual care needs, and safety issues. - Actively participate in daily huddles, monthly meetings, and clinical decision-making discussions. - Perform other duties as requested by supervisors or providers to ensure a smooth operation. **Required Qualifications:**- Two-year degree in nursing required; four-year degree preferred.- Valid Wisconsin Registered Nursing license required.- BLS certification required.- Minimum of 9 months clinical nursing experience; 3 months specialized experience in clinical dialysis care (can be completed during orientation).- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail are essential.**Shift Information:**- Monday, Wednesday, Friday; 4am-4:30pm**Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):**At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
