Travel Dialysis RN - $2,623 per week in Nantucket, MA

Certification Details • BLS • Massachusetts RN License Job Details • RN Dialysis position at Nantucket Cottage Hospital, part of Mass General Brigham system. • Variable shifts generally starting at 5:30 AM, with some mid-morning to late afternoon shifts due to extra patient treatments. • Work schedule is 4 or 5 days a week with Sundays off. • Shared housing provided at no cost. Job Requirements • Current Massachusetts RN License required (no conditional licenses accepted). • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (AHA preferred, Red Cross accepted). • Must complete MGB FEMA ICS 100 Training prior to onboarding. • Fit Test for N95 respirator within 365 days of start date, updated annually. • Color vision test within 365 days of start. • Documentation of MMR vaccination or immunity required. • Influenza vaccine required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30) with no exemptions. • TB test documentation within 3 months of start date, updated if >6 month break. • Health statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date, updated if >6 month break. • Criminal background check within 45 days prior to start date, updated if >6 month break. • Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start date, updated if >6 month break. • Resume including past 7 years of work experience required for submission. • Two recent references required, minimum one supervisor or above in skillset. • Skills checklist required for submission. • Confirmation of assignment/POI form required upon acceptance and for extensions. • Education verification required through background check company. • Social Security Number trace required with criminal check. • National sex offender check within 30 days of start and updated annually. • Exclusion checks (OIG, GSA, MassHealth & NH Medicaid) within 30 days of start and annually.
