May float to ICU Description: The Emergency Department RN provides patient care using the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. This role requires strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and the ability to anticipate and plan safe care delivery. The RN may be required to float to the ICU as needed. Requirements: Minimum 2 years recent ED experience

ACLS, PALS, BLS, TNCC certifications

Must be flexible for mid-shift scheduling and floating
