Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients of all ages in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency care and be able to effectively manage multiple patients while ensuring their safety and comfort.
Responsibilities
• Triage and assess patients in the emergency department.
• Manage emergency situations and provide necessary interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Utilize electronic health records for patient documentation and care management.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and health maintenance.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Emergency Department setting.
• Active RN license in the state of Virginia.
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS or ENPC, Handle with Care, NIH Stroke Scale.
• Experience with a variety of patient age groups including geriatric, adult, and pediatric.
