Los Alamos Medical Center 3917 West Road Los Alamos, NM 87544 **Orientation is weekly, on Mondays – Local Rate: Candidates must be 60 miles or greater to be considered Travel** All Travelers must have REQUIRED certifications at submission as certs are not available on site. Client reserves the right to require certifications not listed. Please refer to LPNT checklist for most up to date requirements. Major healthcare provider for Northern New Mexico. 47-bed acute care facility 300 healthcare employees LPNT - New Mexico State Requirement All Clinical Staff on assignment in the state of New Mexico must be fingerprinted before hire and provide documentation that check is being processed • Travelers may start on a 14-day waiver while waiting on results but must be supervised.
