Job Description & Requirements • Specialty: ED - Emergency Department • Discipline: RN • Start Date: ASAP • Duration: 13 weeks • 36 hours per week • Shift: 12 hours, nights • Employment Type: Travel Position: RN- ER Location:Easton, MD 21601 Duration: 13 Weeks Client Name: University of Maryland Shore Medical Center at Easton MSP ED RN - Rotating Night/Evenings- 36H/48; EOW 2YR experience required; first-time traveler accepted Start: 02/09/2025 Contract length: 13 weeks Shift/Hours: 3x12 or 4x12accepted; rotating night/evening shifts (19:00-07:30 / 15:00-03:30) • Please note, the rotation will only be based on the scheduling needs of the department - primary need is for night shift at this time License/cert: RN MD state license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH, CPI (completed during onboarding); NRP, TNCC preferred Weekends: every other weekend required Holidays: required as they fall, as scheduled Floating: within the specialty and sister SRH ED facilities (Cambridge, Chestertown, Queenstown) as needed On-Call: pre-scheduled on-call shifts are not required Patient Age Range: All age ranges (infant to geriatric) Ratio: 1:4, can be up to 5 with lower acuity Patient Diagnoses: Diagnoses vary but inclusive of all systems and complex diagnosis; this is a very fast-paced ED setting with multiple complex diagnoses Hourly Breakdown Total Hourly Pay Rate: $ 62.72 Per Hour On W2(Taxable): $ 18.00 Per Hour Stipend(Non-Taxable): $ 44.72 Per Hour Weekly Breakdown: Weekly Gross: $ 2,258.00 Per Week On W2(Taxable): $ 648.00 Per Week Stipend(Non-Taxable): $ 1,610.00 Per Week OT Rate ON W-2 $ 27.00 Per Hour Hours per week: $ 36.00 Hours Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
