Estimated Weekly Salary:

$1990 - $2130 per week

Unit Details:

52 beds, 4 trauma bays, 6 fast track beds, high patient volume (200/day)

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Arizona or compact state)

Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room nursing experience

Recent Trauma Level I or II experience (within the past 3 years)

Proficiency with Epic EMR (experience within last 2 years required)

Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS (TNCC preferred)

Ability to work 4 weekend shifts per 4-week block and 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year‘s)

No more than 5 days of requested time off during assignment

Must reside outside a 100-mile radius from the facility

ER Nurse Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, compassionate emergency care to patients of all ages

Assess, triage, and manage patients in a fast-paced, high-volume ER environment

Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams

Administer medications, manage IV drips, and perform emergency interventions

Accurately document patient care using Epic EMR

Participate in trauma and code situations, utilizing advanced critical care and emergency nursing skills

Float to Foothills freestanding ER as scheduled

Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and patient safety standards
