Position Summary:
• A professional who applies the nursing process to assess, implement, coordinate, and evaluate patient care.
• Works collaboratively with Clinical Associates and other healthcare professionals to address individual needs using appropriate resources, ensuring quality, safe, and cost-effective care.
• Builds strong working relationships with physicians, nursing staff, and other disciplines involved in patient and family care.
Required Education and Experience:
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
• Current State of Iowa Registered Nurse Licensure or compact Licensure
• Emergency Room RN Experience
• BSN/ASN prepared
