Position Details: Schedule: Night Shift (4x12-Hour, 19:00 - 07:00) Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Unit: Emergency Room (ER) Location: Memphis, TN Key Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough patient assessments and triage in a fast-paced environment. • Deliver emergency care to patients experiencing a variety of medical emergencies. • Monitor and observe patient conditions, making quick decisions as needed. • Collaborate with a diverse healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care. • Provide patient education and support throughout their treatment journey. • Maintain accurate documentation and charting for all patient interactions. • Participate in emergency preparedness initiatives to enhance hospital readiness. Requirements: • Must have either 2 years of travel nursing experience or 3 years of nursing experience. • Current Compact or Tennessee RN License required at the time of submission. • Candidates must reside at least 100 miles from the facility located in 38116. • COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations are mandatory. • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
