If you are committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive environment, we want to hear from you.Position Details • Modality: ER RN – Charge • Location: Montana (ZIP 59036) • Start Date: October 20 • Contract Length: 13 weeks • Shift: Nights, 3x12s – 6 on / 8 off rotation • Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week • OT Rate/Multiplier: 1.5x regular rate Requirements • Current RN license (MT or compact) • BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC (AHA) required • Charge Nurse experience required • Minimum 2 years of recent ER experience preferred • Experience in Critical Access Hospital (CAH) environment a plus Responsibilities • Serve as Charge Nurse overseeing ER staff during night shifts • Triage, assess, and provide direct care to ER and swing/intermediate patients • Respond to critical emergencies and stabilize patients for transfer if needed • Ensure accurate documentation and communication with providers and leadership • Support team members and maintain safe, efficient unit operations #Workwolf
