Contract Length: 13 weeks Responsibilities: • Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established hospital and nursing policies. • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for patients in the Med/Surg unit. • Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team promptly. • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. • Document patient care and progress accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR). • Collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, quality care. • Provide patient and family education and support. • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
