Travel Home Health & Hospice RN Assignment – Livingston, MT

Soliant is seeking an experienced Home Health & Hospice Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in Livingston, Montana. This is a community-based role with a strong, patient-centered team and a steady weekday schedule.

Assignment Details:
• 13-week contract
• 5x8 Day Shift, Monday–Friday (full-time)
• Start Date: January 14th, 2026
• Call: 1–3 nights per week (rack up some extra money this winter!)
• Typical caseload: 4–5 patients per day
• All care is community-based (no assisted living visits; minimal inpatient support as needed)

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required; 2–3 years of Home Health/Hospice strongly preferred
• Hospice experience preferred; training available for Home Health
• BLS and ACLS required
• Travel experience preferred, but first-time travelers are welcome
• Must be comfortable working independently in a community setting and handling a varied caseload
