Requirements • Active RN License • Degree from an accredited nursing program • BLS & ACLS Certification • At least 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care ICU setting • Additional requirements may be specified by the client facility Benefits • Weekly pay and direct deposit • Full coverage of all credentialing fees • Private housing or housing allowance • Group Health insurance for you and your family • Company-paid life and disability insurance • Travel reimbursement • 401(k) matching • Unlimited Referral Bonuses up to $1,000 Duties Responsibilities As an ICU/Critical Care Nurse (RN), you will expertly manage the care of adult patients facing life-threatening conditions requiring intensive therapies and interventions. • Provide comprehensive patient care and support to patients' families. • Ensure the proper functioning of life support equipment such as ventilators and feeding tubes. • Monitor patients' vital signs for signs of distress. • Administer medications, IVs, and perform catheter insertions as necessary. • Maintain meticulous documentation of medication administration. • Assist in emergency nursing procedures essential for managing changes in patients' physical conditions. • Perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation effectively and accurately.
