Certification Details • BLS • ACLS • Nursys License Verification Job Details • Travel RN position in ICU specialty at KSWIC VC Hospitals Wichita-68012, part of Ascension Health system. • Assignment located in Wichita, Kansas at St. Francis Campus. Job Requirements • Must have current nursing license verified through Nursys within 30 days prior to start. • Completion of Ascension Specialty Exam prior to first assignment and updated every 3 years. • Completion of Ascension Core Competencies including HIPAA, Joint Commission NPSG, OSHA topics within a year of start and updated yearly. • Completion of Ascension EKG Exam prior to start. • Completion of Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation and Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding prior to start. • Completion of Ascension Nova StatStrip prior to clearance. • Completion of CPI/MOAB High Risk Online Portion prior to start and On-Site Portion at orientation. • Documentation of required immunizations and health screenings including MMR, Fit Test, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, Positive PPD or IGRA, Varicella, Tdap, and Health Statement. • Completion of Ascension Skills Checklist within one year of start and updated annually. • Completion of 12 Panel Drug Screen within 30 days prior to start and updated annually. • Verification of education, employment, and professional references prior to assignment. • Criminal background check and EPLS completed within 30 days prior to start and updated annually.
