Travel ICU Registered Nurse - Nights in Commerce, CA

Travel ICU RN's Needed
• 13 week contracts available
• Start Date: 12/10
• 36 hours per week with the opportunity to work overtime
• Shift - Nights
• Must have 3 years of experience in ICU as an RN
• Must have active CA license with BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, Fire Card

Duties
• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in ICU
• Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and implement nursing interventions based on patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including specialized procedures such as spinal taps and botulinum toxin treatments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Stay current with medical terminology and best practices related to primary care, geriatrics, and workers compensation law.

Requirements
• Current CA nursing license in good standing.
• Proven experience in an ICU as a Registered Nurse
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $3,076.00 per week
