This role requires recent hands-on L&D experience, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to manage both maternal and newborn care while meeting strict compliance and orientation requirements.Experience Required
• Minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience
• Experience must be within the last 6 months
• Must have postpartum couplet care experienceRequired Certifications
• BLS
• NRP
• ACLSLicensure Requirements
• Active New Jersey RN license or Compact RN license
• Pending licenses are not acceptedScheduling & Unit Requirements
• Weekend requirement: Every other weekend
• Holiday requirement: Every other holiday
