Travel LPN (Long-Term Care) Company: TOPTAL CARE Inc Location: Albuquerque, NM Facility Type: Nursing & Rehabilitation Center Contract Type: Travel Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 12-hour Days or Nights Schedule: Any 3 days per week | Every other weekend Pay Package: Competitive & Negotiable Sign-On Bonus: Available About The Opportunity TOPTAL CARE Inc is currently seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week travel assignment at a Nursing and Rehabilitation facility in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This opportunity is ideal for LPNs looking for a flexible schedule, consistent hours, and a supportive long-term care environment. Key Responsibilities • Provide direct nursing care to long-term care and rehabilitation residents. • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. • Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to the healthcare team. • Assist with admissions, discharges, and care planning. • Document patient care accurately in the EMR system. • Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care. • Follow infection control, safety, and facility protocols at all times. Required Qualifications • Active LPN license (NM license or compact state). • Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred. • Current BLS certification. • Ability to commit to a full 13-week assignment. • Willingness to work any three days per week and every other weekend.
